The way the BMRCL (in short, Bangalore Metro) authorities have gone about acquiring space for constructing the metro rail network in namma Bengaluru leaves much to be desired. Obviously, as in many other administrative / civic activities in Bangalore, intelligence has been sacrificed at the altar of political, or vested-interest, convenience !
